DIRECTIONS TO PURCHASE TICKET(S)

• Read the ticket types first. For the first question where it asks “Including yourself, how many vegan people are joining the event?” click on the drop-down menu under the “Quantity column” to add the total number then click on “Add to Cart” next to the quantity column. In case no one from your group is vegan leave this question as is.

• For the rest, read the ticket types and choose your ticket with the quantity number as you need, then click on “Add to Cart” next to the quantity column. In case any ticket type that is listed here is not for you then simply leave it as is.

• When you are done with all your ticket selections you should click on “CART” next to the any ticket.

• In CART page you will have the option of removing ticket(s), adding the number of tickets, emptying the CART (early cancelling request) or finishing your request by clicking on “Update Cart“ button.Enter you name and email and then click on “Proceed to Checkout” button.

• In payment page as usual you are asked for some mandatory information and credit card information. After submitting your request and successfully processing your credit card information you will be notified by emails. Emails will notify you about your order status and consists of order information and links to your real tickets. By clicking the link in your email you will be forwarded to the ICM website so you can download your ticket image by clocking link(s) below the column Ticket.

• Assigning tables and chairs would be on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis.
